DAT leaves the Ducks with 5,071 career all-purpose yards and 46 career touchdowns, and 32 minutes of moments Duck fans will never forget:
Thank you, De'Anthony. You were an exciting part of what made Duck football great the past three seasons. I'm sad that you won't be returning for one more year to cement your legacy at Oregon. Best of luck at the next level. We'll be rooting for you.
Yes thanks for the memory's DAT, but I would really just as soon forget about what you didn't do for your Team this year, like didn't show up and the ridiculous statements you said before the Stanford Game and Arizona Game's that clearly had an effect in the outcome of both Game's. Chip is no longer here and clearly you and Coach Helfrich must not of been on the same page and this is SAD because of the Talent you possessed, and you were not clearly focused this year the year we had one of the BEST shots at the Goal of reaching the Championship. So thanks for the last 2 years when you clearly showed up and were the BEST Football player in College Football, but alls I will remember you for this year unfortunately and a lot of other people seemed to agree with me was a distraction to the Team and their Goals, So good luck with your NFL Dreams and my guess would be to go back to your Natural position and thats CB, because even at 5-9 I believe with the HARD work and proper Training you could become a shut down CB in the Mold of Darrel Green whom Played for the Redskins and was the same Height and had world class speed like yourself, but he could stick with his man and intercept the Ball with perfishency and you have these same qualities. Good luck DAT but with Talent there is also responsibility and your not above anyone else. Get back to your Humble ROOTs. Humility before a Crash.
I pictured DAT and his Rose Bowl run when Whitfield took off on his punt return. I'll miss the excitement he brought to the team. Hopefully, someone else can fill his shoes.
Thanks for posting Dale...should have Huff's career highlight reel ready later today or tomorrow. GO DUCKS!
Budda Baker and Tony James are two dynamic returners. Ducks have several guys who qualify. B.J. Kelley has good speed also, very good kick returner in high school. Dior Mathis is another one. Keanon Lowe is a smart return guy who has broken several, although not as explosive.
